Water analysis report exceeded limit

I would like to seek comment for the following letter for replying to government

Dear Sir

From the water analysis report for Nov 2007, the soild particle in the swimming pool system of 200 mg/L that has exceeded the limit of 100mg/L. The reason is that a malfunction of circulation pump leading to the system was operating abnormally. Subsequent to its prompt repair, the system has resumed normal operation and the reading of soild particle was 85 mg/L and 20 mg/L lower than the limit of 100mg/L which shown in the attached report for Dec 2007 & Jan 2008 respectively. The overall performance of the system is indicated in the attached water analysis report for Nov, Dec 2007 & Jan 2008.
