Relieving Letter!
Hi Tdol and Team,
Please help me to write a error free resignation/relieving letter. I got another job in Government Department so I want to go there through proper channel, though I have not applied through proper channel because before the current job I had applied there also. So Please correct following letter and add something very courteous notes:-
Respected Sir,
It is submitted that I have been appointed as Stenographer in Finance Division since June, 2006. I had applied in Senate Secretariat for the post of Stenographer in May, 2006 before the appointment in Finance Division.
I have received offer letter (No.) Date () for the post of Stenographer BS-15 in Senate Secretariat, Photocopy of which is herewith submitted for your kind consideration.
It is, therefore, requested you that I may kindly be relieved from 25.04.2008 after finishing of office hours to continue my service as Stenographer in Senate Secretariat. I would be very grateful if I may also be granted a lien.
Yours Obediently,
Muhammad Farhaj.
