Plz help me to write the following letter. Thank you.
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to response to your recent letter regarding my income tax and benefit return for 2007. Please find enclosed the following details information and a completed Schedule 5, "Details of dependant" of my dependant.

Name and Address of dependant: x
Income in 2007: xxx
SIN: xxxx
I remain available if you need further information about my dependant.
