correct my words( letter of cancellation)

i want to write a letter about I'm still studies in the college.
in this letter include date start and end of my studies.
the reason why i want to write this letter is because i want to cancel my internet service back at my country and transfer to my friends name because I'm now in the overseas
so..what is the best way to write the letter...??
help me please...

Re: Cancellation of Internet Service or I'm still in Studying in College??

Please accept this letter as formal notification that I am still studying in my college at Sydney Academy and will be finished on January 2010.Due to that, i want to cancel my internet service and transfer to another name (my friends). I wont be able to pay the internet service because I'm not using that service any more and I'm at overseas for this moment until i finished my studies.

Please accept this letter as formal notification that I wish to cancel my internet service contract, with immediate effect. I am ( Not required)studying abroad (my college at Not required) (Sydney Academy and will be finished on Not required)until January 2010 and therefore will not require the service until I complete my studies. (Due to that, i want to cancel my internet service and transfer to another name (my friends). I wont be able to pay the internet service because I'm not using that service any more and I'm at overseas for this moment until i finished my studies.
Please confirm that my instruction has been actioned.

Hi de-live

I do not think that they will transfer the contract into your friends name. Normally they have to take out a seperate/new contract.But if you want to ask the question you may want to say.
Is it possible to transfer the contract into another name? Please advise.
You will need to add your contact details of course.

Please note that I must cancel my internet service, contract Number __________________, effective immediately. I am moving overseas and will no longer need the service.

Please confirm the cancellation action by mail to ________________

There is no way that they will "transfer" a contract to another person. In fact, you MAY have to pay the contract anyway, since you signed up for a certain period. Maybe you will luck-out and they will just end the contract (service.)
