Reference made by municipality letter to xxx Est. dated 02 Apr. 2008 (copy attached) on above mentioned subject that municipality people noticed that soil is opened and not covered so far completely they are watching very keenly do your best effort to cover the soil by Friday 18 Apr. 2008. they may take surprise visit any time after Friday.

They also mentioned that huge amount of plastic bags full of aluminum and empty cans hide behind the fence so please take necessary action and not allowed any unauthorized person into the new land field it may creates for xxx Co. a huge problem if so.

Keep sending us your operational reports weekly and monthly basis with operational plan as mentioned in contract.

They are observing to see what will be done. Do your best to cover the soil (pipe? drain? ??) by Friday 18 Apr. 2008. They may make a surprise visit any time after Friday.

They also mentioned that a huge amount of plastic bags, full of aluminum and empty cans, has been hidden behind the fence. Please take necessary action and not allow any unauthorized person into the new land field. It may create a huge problem for us if this happens.
