Default How to place my Motivattion Letter on the paper sheet?

Hello!

My Motivation Letter for admission in a Master's programme is ready!

It starts with Dear Madam or Sir, because I don't know the name of the admission officer; and it ends with Yours Faithfully.

My question is shall I leave it like that, or shall I write my name and some other personal info on the top of the paper, the address of the University, or its useless, considering that I will send in also application form, CV and the rest of the documents needed.

Thank you again for your help!

Hi marian4eto

Your opening is fine. The closing is OK but the standard would be 'Yours sincerely'; better yet, "Respectfully submitted'. (I have been very successful with that closer. Borrow it and enjoy).
