Scholarship Letter

I would like you to please help me to write a scholarship letter. I need a scholarship for my further studies and i don't know how to go about it.

I need to write why i am eligible of this.

Please furnish the following informations to make a nice letter for applying a scholarship.
(i) Name of the authority to whom application will be made/addressed to.
(ii) What is the programme under which the scholaship is awarded
(iii) Eligibility criteria for getting the scholarship
(iv) How do you satisfy the eligibility criteria?
