Default Business letter - problem with shipment (2)

Thank your for your photos. However, there were not any protections on these containers floor? We had required you to put the plastic film on the container floor for each container before shipment, but you did not follow it? Please note that, this is protecting to your company to avoid any compliant and claim from our customer if the goods had problem. Please take immediately action, do not afraid trouble to put the protection on the floor **(for all containers before shipping), even thought their floor is clean. Please contact us again if you have any problem.

In the photos sent, we noticed that protective sheeting was not placed under the containers before shipment. This procedure was put into place to protect your company from any complaints or claims from the customer. From this date forward, the procedure must be followed for each container, even if the floor is clean. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Hi Manas,

Can I use "getting trouble" instead of "invite trouble" below ?

Please take immediate action and do not invite trouble by not putting the protection on the floor, even though their floor is clean.

Regards
Zoe

No. Say:
Please take immediate action and do not invite trouble by not putting the protection on the floor.
Once you have figured out how to say what you want to say then say it. Don't keep looking for new ways to say the same thing. In a business letter you want to get to the point. (It's not creative writing.)

Do you think you are making progress?

Hi RonBee,

No, I do not agreed with you. I just feel 'invite trouble' is so strange, and try to find out the correct word but not make progress. I only want to learn more !

Zoe

As far as I could figure out, You can use get into trouble instead of invite trouble. I have another suggestion to use the verb avoid and do away with many other words, as:
Please take immediate action and do not avoid to put the protection on the floor, even though their floor is clean.
