According to your request based on declaration the amount of losses from X company, please notice to below mentioned:
As you know, Mr. Y was supposed to load our 2500 TV sets in 13th May, 2008
We had liquidated with them and had reserved 6 containers for that day. But in spite of pass more than two months from prior date, they haven’t loaded the goods.
According to done assessments and estimations, our factory produces about 2500 TV sets per month. So we have missed one month of our production. 70 employees are working in the factory and we had to pay all of their salaries. So we also have lost about more than USD 30,000.
Now please do the needed proceedings related to this subject.
We shall be grateful if you inform us any outcome.
