help to write a letter

Hi,
Please help me to write this letter properly & indicate if there are any mistakes

I joined the Veta FE (80 hours) coures on 26 Apr 2008.
This was saturday-sunday bath and each lecture was of 3 hours.
The course was going slowly and our step 2 units were not completed till last saturday .
On Saturday, 26 July I recieved a SMS stating that today there will be the last lecture of our batch.
I was very surprised by this message.
They have winded up the course without completing it properly.
Since I joined this course, there were no lectures held on at least 4 days.
How can they wind up the course without completing 80 hours and all the units ?
I think they are in a hurry to conduct a new batch without compliting this bath.
