Request Letter for Bank

Dear Sir,

I have online username with my bank statebank of india since i got the User ID that's works fine and i can check my balance now i can't able to see my account details and balance i got below message when i logged on to the website

You do not have any accounts mapped to this username. Please contact your branch.


Please give me request letter to bank manager to resolve this problem .

Dear [Manager's name - Mr/Ms XXXXX],

On [date] I tried to log in to my online account with Statebank of India, and received the following message: You do not have any accounts mapped to this username. Please contact your branch.

Please inform me as soon as possible what the problem is and how I can resolve it.
