Dear teracher,

Please help me to make a quotation letter for the folowing services : a) Supply of in country company setup

b) Engineering office setup + 1 yr rent
c) Provision of key engineering professionals as specified
d) Faciliate Palm Oil project management team..... for a total Value of USD$250K
Payment schedule:

a) First payment $150K

b) 2nd payment $50K
c) 3rd payment $50K
Prepare a proforma invoice for the above first payment.
Include under services provisions of vehicle and drivers
