With reference to the above subject, I Amrutha D/o Pramod was a student of Karnataka New English School in the year 2007.

I would like to bring to your notice that I had not collected my transfer certificate after completion of my secondary examination (SSLC).

Now I have taken up the 2nd PUC examination for which I need to submit my transfer certificate at PU Board for writing exam. I had approached at Karnataka New English School for my transfer certificate a month before but till now I didn't get the same.

In sequel to this, since I need to submit TC to PU Board for appearing exam, failing which Karnataka New English School is responsible for the loss of Rs. 10000/- (Admission + Examination Fee) and my career.

In addendum to this request you please issue a TC on priority and oblige to avoid further legal action.

It is not a good idea to threaten an institution with legal action because you have not received your transcript.

You simply needed to state that you need this certificate ASAP and ask if it could be FAXed or emailed to you - or if you could pick it up.

Some would say that getting your certificate as soon as you complete the course is your responsibility!

You are true that we should not threaten an institution with legal action because we have not received our transcript. As per law once the completion of Secondary Examination they should provide the TC to student.

But in this school my friend has completed her secondary examination in the year 2007 and almost 1 year 6 months over and now she has to appear for PU exam. We had approached for TC many a times but till now hadn't get yet, which made me to write a strong letter (as below) to school.
