Default Substitue Duty

I would like to seek someone help to resolve my problem. A subordinate will be on annual leave in coming month. I need to find another subordinate to substitue the position in accordance with duty roster. Please comment my notification as follow.


Dear All

As Mr. KKK of mechanic will be on annual leave and arrange some mechanics to substitue his duty temporarily shown as below.
