I am writing in response to your advertisement for taking students in shiraz university.If it is no bother, could you answer some questions about this?



I would be grateful for a list the main majors offered,with information about the location of the courses ,and the nature of the university.I would also like to know about the days as i am a teacher and can only at present study when i am not working.Is it possible to adjust the days?


I'd like to study at shiraz university and to continue my studies.I am looking forwad to hearing from you.

I would also appreciate any information you could provide regarding the nature of the University (You should probably specify what exactly you mean by this. You could ask specific questions about the student body, the campus, the class rooms, the teachers, etc.)

I am currently employed as a teacher (You may wish to mention where you teach), and require some flexibility in regards to attendance. Is the University flexible in this regard?

I would very much like to attend Shiraz University and continue my education and growth. I look forward earnestly to your reply.

I added some fancy words, if you don't mind . You might want to wait until some other people give their revisions, I might have made a mistake or two, and some people are much more eloquent than I am. Still, this is how I might word it if I were in your situation.

I also don't know if there are any significant cultural differences when it comes to dealing with high-ranking University types. Let me know what you think. You are allowed to be critical!
