Beware of repetition - it puts the reader off.

Also, as a marketing point, if you are planning to contact possible new clients, it is sensible to do some research and find out the name of the person in charge of purchasing. A letter personally addressed will receive more attention than one that is unspecific.

Sorry to bother you again, but I am wondering would there be meant differently if I say 'We are looking forward...' or 'We look forward...' at the very last line of this letter?

Not really. Both are acceptable. I prefer the more direct "We look forward".
