YOu start by introducing yourself.
Tell them your qualifications for the course of study for which the bursary is.
Tell them why you are applying, why you need/deserve this help
Tell them how you will complement not only the course of study, but the general institution'
tell them how this help will improve your hope for your future
Say something nice about the institution and why you are studying there.
