please advise correction in the email

I am surprised to receive your email of Sep 10, 2008 regarding payment proof although I had already sent you the swift document of the payment upon your request against Proforma No. 210383 vide my email of July 15, 2008 reproduced below. Anyway, I am once again attaching the swift document of payment for your ready reference with a request to acknowledge the receipt of payment and update us about shipment status.

With regards to Proforma No.208308 mentioned in your both emails of July 14, 2008 and Sep 10, 2008 our record shows that we had received the order in Sep 2007 against this proforma and the file is closed. As such referring it in your emails seems to be an inadvertent error at your end.
