Question Having other people sign a letter that is from me

I am writing a letter to my letting agents and I want my flatmates to sign it as well. However, I want the letter to still be from me, and there signatures to just be showing they agree with me.
Is there a correct way of setting this out?

There isn't really any formal way of doing something like this. One suggestion is that you put a rider line after your signature saying something like " We are in agreement with the above", which your flatmates then sign.
