Subject: ABC(raw material name) from XYZ Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd., China ----- mentioned in the space given for subject in email.

Dear Mr. Ali

We had imported 200 kilos ABC against your Indent # 1184/2005 dated 11.08.2005 vide Batch #. 20050801 dated 22.08.2005 with Specific Rotation Criteria: -95.0˚ ~ -103.0˚ and Result was -96.8˚.

Now we have Imported 200 kilos ABC against Indent #. 1305/2008 dated 08.09.2008 vide Batch #. M20080907 dated 15.10.2008 with Specification Rotation Criteria: -76.0˚ ~ 81.0˚ and Result -79.7˚.

There is a lot of difference in Specific Optical Rotation. Our Quality Control Department rejected this lot on that ground.

The Specific Optical Rotation must be of same Criteria of previous Batch #. 20050801.

We request you to advise your principal for replacement the consignment on urgent basis.

Both Certificate of Analysis are attached for your reference.
