Question letter

i need to write a letter regarding why i transfered to a different university. i dont know how to write the letter i would like to say that the teachers and students werent very nice and i didnt get along well with the dean.. how can i write the letter so it makes sense and hopely get transfered

Keep your letter postive. Don't disparage the other school.

Simply talk about better opportunities at the new school
