If you are applying for financial assistance isn't that your topic?

-explain why you are asking for financial assitance
-what positive affect receiving financial assistance will have on you or your life
-why you have chosen this company for asking for assistance
-tell them why you feel that you deserve financial assistance.
-if you are already working for this company, tell them how receiving financial assistance from them will help you either do your existing job better, or how it may help you to have a positive effect on the future of the company.

When you have written a draft, post it here for help in finishing details.

Good luck and let us know what happens.

I think that looking at what I outlined three days ago in this thread should be sufficient that you can do your own application. Copying, stealing, plagiarizing someone else's already written application is not a good idea.

BockM and Jilhanson:
Searching for Language has given some excellent advice. I suggest that you take it. (It seems to me just like common sense, but it is excellent advice nonetheless.) Don't expect others to do your work for you. (We can help you with the details here.) Also, it is certainly true that you can't expect anybody to give you money if you can't explain why you think you deserve it.

Thanks for agreeing with my thoughts. I started studying French at University level last year after not having been in school for over 40 years, and believe me, there have been many, many times I would have loved to be able to have someone give me the outline of what I needed.

I think this is a wonderul and informative site for studying English.

I think we tend to forget that so called "common sense" is not so common.
