please help restructuring my formal letter
Subject: Offer to purchase 41 …………street
In the 21st May 2004 we been approached by you acting for the prospective commercial purchaser ( the mall managements or mall’s owners) expressing their interests in buying our property in the intention at acquiring part of the neighbourhood in order to prepare for a likely expansion of the mall.
After a number of attempts, there has been no movement on the part of the proposed purchasers, and the negotiation was than not pursued further.
Furthermore, as we had no particular reason or interest to sale at that point.
Considering our circumstances since receiving your approach, now living overseas and the mentioned property above been since rented for long lease.
We are not in any emergency to sale but interested to explore our options
We invite your clients first to consider the matter of acquiring the property.
Please feel free to write to us via our e-mail
Yours Faithfully.
