I am amazed that 2 year olds are expected to pass interviews. What would you fail them on, lack of ambition? inadequate debating skills? leadership potential?

Any child that is born not knowing how to perform basic surgery, and able to cut its own umbilical cord, is clearly retarded. Over here we teach our babies that stuff in the womb.
