How to address a number of recipients in an E-mail?
Well, that was already the question, I maybe should add that I do not want to use the formal "Dear Madams, dear Sirs" but "Hi folks" would also not do.
Just somewhere in between...
I´ve been using "Dear All" so far, but am not sure if this is correct.
Thanks for any advice!

I don't know about other people, but I do not use any form of address in an email. I let the subject line serve as the introduction.

Well, that would be an interesting approach and save a lot of hesitation-time in the future.
To be considered!
Any other eye openers for me?

sure...???

why?
are we off topic?
Or should I have mentioned that I am talking about professional E-mails, from company to company, or, to stress out the rather non-stiff attitude I want to find, from consultant to the project-children.
better?

So long as all the recipients are listed in the "cc" address box, "Dear all" seems absolutely fine. You could alternate it with "Dear everyone".

Thank you Anglika!
and
Dear everyone!
Thanks for your input of various kind.... and the enormous relief you gave me for future correspondence with clients, customers and subordinates.
