a letter to a phone company
My telephone company made an error to my phone bill. I would like to write a claim letter to the company. Would you help me with it? Thanks
Dear Sir/Madam
I have signed on to your long distance phone call plan for a 6 month period for the rate of 11 cents per minute. For the month of January I got charged according to the contract. However, I have noticed there are extra 4 cents (per call) charge added to every long distance call that I made in February.
I request that company makes necessary adjustment to this higher amount of bill.
Thank you,
jkl

we need to avoid three 'for's in a row - for 6 months/for the rate/for January
In January, I got was charged according to the contract.
However, I have noticed there are extra 4 cents (per call) charge added to every long distance call that I made in February.
However, I notice that throughout February, I was charged at a rate of 15 cents per minute.
I request that company makes necessary adjustment to this higher amount of bill.
I am therefore requesting that your company adjusts my account for the overcharging in February, and reinstates the agreed charge of 11 cents.
Yours faithfully
