This is to certify that Ni Zeng, an undergraduate student in class of 2007, department of Art Histroy at Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts, has been a member of English Association since October, 2007 to October, 2008. I would say "she has good communication skills" as we usually consider many skills to be involved in communication.
