need help in writing a letter

i want to write a letter to the freight services to ask them to give me a minimum discount on paying for the freight on an item which is suppose to arrive in the country within the next two weeks. can you provide me with a letter which has the above information in it.
i am not good at writting letters.

This is something you should have done at the start, not once you and the company have agreed terms and conditions. All you can now do is to ask that they reconsider the freight charges agreed and if possible apply their minimum discount. Either that, or allow you a longer period of credit in which to pay the full sum.
