Question How to write a job letter for a business i own

Hello everyone am having a hard time writing a job letter in reference to getting my visa to travel to the United States. I own a website design business am a "web designer" and i really can't come to grips on the format of writing the job letter. I need like a sample letter that i could work from or something. Any ideas? Please, all help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advanced,

Thanks in advanced,
When you mention "job letter" do you mean that you need to explain what your business entails in order for you to be able to get a visa, or are you applying for a job? They would be different letters.

O.K.
Date
Name of Embassy
Address
Attention:

Reference number (if you already have one within the embassy)
-you introduce yourself, business name, location
-length of time in business
-your position in the business, president, owner or whatever
-number of employees if you have some
-reason for the application for the visa
-references of previous business dealings
-close with something like"I hope this is sufficient information, however I would be happy to discuss this with you personally also.

.

Post your letter here, and there will be help for getting it done beautifully. I am not a teacher

Thanks,
Good luck! You might also put in your educational background. Nothing too elaborate, "just the facts."
