Request letter to a builder.

Dear Friends,

I am new to this forum. I want to give a letter to a builder to make some changes in my appartment which I recently purchased. Following is the letter, please correct my mistakes and give me proper format.

Hello sir/Madam,
My Name is......... We have purchased an appartment in ...... building on the 1st floor, apt. no....... I would really appreciate if you could do the following changes in our appartment :-

1. We want sink in North East corner of the kitchen.
2. We want the refrigerator in the north-West corner of the kitchen ( just opposite to the sink but not in front of the kitchen entrance.)
3. All Doors should be open clock-wise in the house.
4. Kitchen granite platform colour should be green.
5. We want a swing hook on the middle of the ceiling in every patio.

Try to be more business-like in your letter. Be sure to talk about WHO will pay for all these renovations or changes in your apartment.
