I am writing to you to express my interest in applying for a position at the Embassy of xxxxxxxx as an administrative assistant clerk. As an Administrative Assistant Clerk I have eleven years experience serving the xxxxxxx Embassy in Vienna in the Consular Section, Multilateral and Administration divisions.

I have good command of written and spoken English, German, Spanish, Portuguese and functional Italian. My computer skills include Microsoft Office (ECDL) and numerous other programs. Good interpersonal and organizational skills including visa issue, legalization of documents, travel itinerary planning, reservations and writing reports were my duties.

I am available for an interview at your convenience and have attached my résumé for your review. Thank you for your time and consideration.
