[Grammar] ‘of today’ VS ‘up to date’

Which sentence is correct? Or maybe none of them is OK.
1.This technology is the most advanced of today.
2.This technology is the most advanced up to date.

All these terms like "as of now" and the ones you've given can get rather ambiguous.
"This technology is the most advanced available." You don't need the red bits referring to time.

Neither is okay.

You could say ...the most advanced to date, but I think Raymott's suggestion above is better. Technology doesn't (usually?) get less advanced with time.

In truth, "This technology is the most advanced" is perfectly sufficient. All the extra examples given so far are redundant, even if some are actually regularly used.

The only reasons I can think of to add more to this sentence are:
1. To add dramatic effect or emphasis.
2. To qualify the preceding statement.
