Please see my corrections to your post. It is important to follow the rules of written English:
- Start every sentence with a capital letter.
- End every sentence with a single, appropriate punctuation mark.
- Always capitalise the word "I".
- Always capitalise proper nouns (English, Chinese, Shakespeare, Microsoft etc).
- Do not put a space before a full stop, comma, question mark or exclamation mark.
- Always put a space after a full stop, comma, question mark or exclamation mark.
Note the difference between "ask" and "tell".
The simple answer to your question is that you need to study and practise. According to your member profile, you are currently in the USA so you are surrounded by native English speakers. Find an English practice group.

I have read that many Chinese people in the Big Apple (New York City) have to work very hard at low-wage jobs. I understand your problem.
Here in my American city, there are free English as a Second Language classes for adults. I am sure that the Big Apple must offer similar classes (at all hours of the day).
If you are actually too busy to attend classes, then you might do what one man did:
He came to the United States in 1975. He did not know any English. He claims that he learned English this way: He read a weekly American newsmagazine from cover to cover.
I suggest that you buy a weekly magazine that interests you. Current events? Sports? Music? Food? Then read that magazine whenever you have a few extra minutes (during your work break, during your subway ride to work, etc.). Read every article and especially the advertisements. Ask a native speaker (or even a fellow countryman who speaks English) to explain any sentences that you do not understand.
Do NOT attend Chinese-language movies or watch Chinese-language TV shows. Watch ONLY English-language movies and TV.
Whenever you have an opportunity to speak English, use it. Do NOT worry about mistakes. With time, they will disappear.

Sevn needs to work on his grammar. Doing his own reading is not enough. He/she needs to take a course in English to learn the basics.
