We don't really have a word to use with jogging or running. Other sports do (a game of football etc), but jogging/running are solitary activities. If it's a competition it's a "running race", but never "a race of running".

Nevertheless, a minute, an hour, and a half day of running or jogging is too much for those who don't do a bit of either.
