Presumably if the mosque was built in Dadyal, then it is still in Dadyal. There is no need to say "built in".

A night view of XXXXX, the mosque in Dadyal.

Please note that this is not a full sentence and will only work if it is a caption underneath a photograph or painting of the mosque. If it's not, then you need to start it with "This is" or "I really like the (not a)" or "I have asked a photographer to take ..." or something else which makes it a full sentence.
