An audio example using "decent" in Longman Advanced American English Dictionary (retired).

I just heard one S sound, long and strong.

Do you hear one or two?

That's how it should be. This is called linking.
Do you hear one or two?
If by two you mean two "s" sounds with a schwa in between, then no; that's not how "night's sleep" pronounced.

I think......
I need a decent night sleep.
She put stress on the first syllable of sleep and put a stress on the words decent and sleep .

So, does it have only one s or 2 ses (s+s) sound?
do I say it correctly?
