a hybrid approach or an hybrid approach
thanks for help

Althought I could simply answer the question, I will only give you one piece of advice:
Use an only if the following word begins with a spoken vowel.
How do you spell the word hybrid?
How you you spell the word honor?
Cheers!
True, but the "h" at the beginning of honour isn't pronounced, so it's "an honour", but "a hybrid".
I wanted to know if woman is aware of this rule
But thanks anyway.
Cheers!
We have an aspirated "h" in English, so it's "a hybrid". I think there are some people who still stick to "an hotel" because "hotel" came from the French, where the "h" isn't pronounced, but these days "a hotel" is the accepted form.
