[Grammar] A short note.

Today I finished read my 1000 shounen manga.
Call me crazy, tell me I have some mental issues and that I should seek help or personality disorder...I don't care.
I'm a happy person.

"I've finished reading" or "I finished read"?
Which is correct and why?

You say "you finished/have finished doing something (noun)".
So you say "you have finished reading".

How about word "today"? Should I put it at the beginning or at the end of a sentence?

Both are acceptable with an object. "I finished reading today" doesn't carry much meaning.
"Today I finished reading Rebecca."
"I finished reading Rebecca today."
You can't say "I finished read" - it's meaningless.

"I have finished reading my manga."

Hey! Well I am not a native English speaker, But back when I was learning the present perfect tense one of the rules was that the simple past is used when the time is clear whereas the present perfect is used when the time is not clear. Besides the verb TO FINISH (FINISHED) must be followed by a gerund. Since you are beginning with TODAY I would use I finished reading.
