just editing a lease agreement between two signatory powers and was wondering what the correct formal phrase structure of someone acting on behalf should be.

represented by John Raven with the power of attorney(???)


is the phrase structure in the bold ok?

Power of attorney is a legal document which gives someone the authority to act on your behalf. Your phrase seems to be ok, but I would omit the.
