Already + have

I can't tell you why they have that rule, but as far as I know a construction like, "I have already..." is independent of time.
It just says that you have already done something.
"When" is unimportant - according the rules.

Maybe it's like:
I've seen this movie so far.

I believe bhaisahab can explain why it is as it is ;-)

"When" is unimportant - according the rules. Neither of the above sentences says when I did that.
