An increasing trend with British pubs

That's a very good question. I've listened to it a dozen times, I've tried lipreading him, I checked out what the subtitles say and I can't make it out. It sounds like "Soft golf? Soft golf for pub. Is that what you're saying?" It could be "Swap golf for [a] pub", I suppose. I can't make any of my guesses make sense.

By the way, he's a man, not a boy!

I may be way off the mark, but my best guess is this:

Are they not different establishments? Topgolf? Is Topgolf a pub? Is that what you're saying?

If I understand correctly, Topgolf is a brand name for a new kind of venue that's a kind of cross between a sports bar and a driving range. If this is right, he's effectively saying something like 'Does Topgolf count as a pub in your eyes?'
