[From a TOEIC test]

We're happy to see you all at this seminar this afternoon - we have a lot of useful information to cover. But before we start, a few a dministrative details. There will be one break, half way through theafternoon. You can leave your laptops here if you leave the room - there will always be someone in here- but do keep your money and phones or ... ah ... other small electronic devices with you. Don't leave them at the tables. And please note that there's an error in your printed program: there will be a change - a switch - in times for the last two presenters. Ms. Ohta has to leave a little early today.

Please see my understanding blow. Is it right?

You [plural, speaking to all the people] can leave your laptops [all the people’s laptops] here if you [plural, speaking to all the people] leave the room - there will always be someone in here- but do keep your money and phones or ... ah ... other small electronic devices [all the people’s money and phones or other small electronic devices] with you [plural, speaking to all the people].

Don't leave them at the tables [speaking to all the people, so all the tables].

And please note that there's an error in your printed program [singular, still speaking to all the people, but in a way as if to speak to one person]:

In all cases, the speaker is addressing the same group (plurality) of people, so all cases of you/your have the same reference.

Yes, but what confuses me is the use of singular and plural. As you can see, the red text is in the plural; however, the purple text in the last sentence is in the singular. Why? My explanation: Still speaking to all the people, but in a way as if to speak to one person. [And the use of singular here is better and clearer.]

Is that right?

I mean, why not use "there are errors in your printed programs" as in "your laptops", "your money and phones or other small electronic devices" and "at the tables"?

The writer is thinking of the program as one concept, of which the people have individual printed copies.

"Which" here refers to "program" rather than "concept", right? Or it's like the people have individual printed copies of the concept (which makes no sense).
