This is a delicate question, but why doesn't "any such a claim" work? By my gut feeling, b) works, but I can't explain why a) doesn't work.

ex)The seller agrees to indemnify the buyer for property sold, provided the buyer notifies the seller in writing of any such claim.
a)any such a claim b)any such claim c)such any a claim d)such any claim

I can't tell you why exactly, but I can tell you simply that after "any/no such" we never use the article.

Is there any such person here?
There is no such person in the room.
Any such claim will be immediately rejected.

That's the only reason that a) doesn't work!

By the way, why did you think that it was a "delicate" question?

Cuz the usage of articles such as "a" or "the" is a very complicated problem. That's the only reason. Anyway, thanks a lot, it seems to be a matter of idiomatic usage.
