Are the following words restricted only in usage for object (material)

Synonyms: fragile, breakable, frangible, flimsy, brittle

fragile personality,

fragile evidence ( is evidence in this context sounded something object)

Update: Bristly matter.

Can a matter be describe as bristle

All of those adjectives can be used for abstract concepts as well as tangible objects. This tends to be the case in English, though naturally some adjectives tend to be more useful for various concepts.
