If I want to ask at the reception at a mall about lifts or elevators(I am confused about their whereabouts) then what should I ask?

1) Are there any lifts here?
2) Where are the lifts?
3) Please direct me to the lifts.
4) Give me directions to the lifts.
5) Are there any lifts installed here?

Please check my sentences.

I would like to know where that mall is that doesn't have any signs. 😊 As for your question/s, any of them should get you what you want. (Number five is a little strange.) As for me, I might say, "Would you tell me where the elevator/lift is?"

I went to a mall and that was huge so I found it difficult to find elevators.

Every mall I've been in has directory maps in multiple locations, typically near doors. There's always an indicator telling where you are currently standing in relation to the map, but then business, restrooms, and elevators are also marked.

Regardless, don't use #5. #4 comes across as rude. Use #3 or #2, depending on how polite you're feeling.

In that context, I'd probably say:

6) Could you tell me where the elevators are?
7) Where are the elevators located?
8) I'm looking for the elevators.
9) I'm having trouble finding the elevators.
10) Is there an elevator nearby?
