Are you in sense? I think it's incorrect, right?
Are you in your senses? This is correct, right?

The first is wrong. The second does not sound natural to me.
 
The second one is grammatically correct but not natural, right?

Can you please tell the natural one?
 
'Are you in your right mind?'
 
Have you come to your senses?
When will you come to your senses?
 
Are you out of your mind?
