Do you consider the folllowing sentences gramatically correct and acceptable in everyday use?


"Are you sure that, by the time we meet her, will she have been waiting for more than three hours?"

"Next time you come to visit me, I won't have been staying in London."
 
Like the other sentences you have asked about, andresalles, these are sentences unlikely to be encountered in real life. They appear to have been created solely to see if a particular tense/aspect form is possible.
 
Do you consider the folllowing sentences gramatically correct and acceptable in everyday use?


"Are you sure that, by the time we meet her, she will have been waiting for more than three hours?"

"Next time you come to visit me, I won't have been staying in London."
1. Are you planning to keep somebody waiting for three hours?
2. The next I go to visit you -- say what?!
