As communicated, we confirm your interview tomorrow at 11 AM in our Delhi office.


May I use "in" above as highlighted in red color or I should use "at".
 
I'd use "at" but I'd accept "in".
 
Is it common or natural to use "as communicated"?
 
It is fine.
 
And I would have said it was completely unnecessary.
