Hello!

Should I Lease My New Car? (an excerpt from a website)

A great advantage with the hiring above buying a new car is as it easy is to find your car perfect. While buying to you must take time to go to visit the car, to seem to it round it, and controls it all is in rule including/understanding WORD, tax or this car was not repaired accident.

“As it easy is”, is it a fixed expression? What does the expression mean?
I think the word order is not ordinary.

Thanks in advance

The sentence is not ordinary and not correct.

A(The) great advantage with the(of) hiring above(rather than/compared to/over) buying a new car is as it easy is (that it is easy) to find your car perfect(perfect car).

The second sentence is bad, bad English - totally incomprehensible.

 Whoever wrote this was not a native speaker of English. I think it should be '... is that it is easy...', but there are so many other mistakes that I may be wrong.
