Board eraser, board duster and board rubber

I think an eraser is the small one made of rubber.
A duster is the one made out of cloth.
A rubber is the same as eraser but I'm not sure.

More details, please.
Is the picure below called duster or we can also call it rubber or eraser?

That would be an eraser in the US.

In AmE, we call it a "whiteboard eraser" and shorten it to "eraser". In AmE, "a rubber" [noun] is slang for condom and you would not use word here (note: you can still use "rubber + [noun]" as a common adjective!).

That's a duster in AusE. At least, with a chalk board, which does generate dust, it's a duster. For a white-board, I'd call it a wiper.
